Banana Granola Split
Description
In this recipe you may use granola or the preparedhealthy snack mix to make it a litlle more interesting.
Ingredients to Serve- 4
Ingredients
- 4 medium Ripe banana, split in half
- 1 Cup Turbo snack mix (see recipe)
- ½ Cup Low fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ Cup Mango juice
- 1 Pinch Miami spice
Preparation
To prepeare the yougurt foam: Place 1of thebananas, 1/2 cup of yogurt and mango juice along with a pinch of the Miamispice into the blender. Puree until smooth.
To Prepare: Slice the remaining bananas and divide into 4 individual plates. Generouslysprinkle with the turbo snack mix. Top with 2 dallops of yogurt foam.
