1 teaspoon toasted cumin seed
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
To Prepare the Pesto: Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 5 seconds on high.
