Exquisito Chocolates sources direct trade cacao beans from over eight origin farms in Latin America and the Caribbean. This authentic chocolate factory specializes in dark chocolate truffle, bars and confections made fresh daily. All chocolate is produced in house and before chocolate reaches their shelves, a lot of hard work takes place to ensure quality in the growing, harvesting, and processing of cacao on farms. The art of chocolate making, and cacao cultivation go hand in hand and have an equal impact on the quality of the final chocolate product.
Carolina Quijano became enthralled with chocolate over 10 years ago when in Paris. In 2014, she took a leap and moved to Miami to start a chocolate factory and make her chocolate dreams come true. Now she has outgrown the space and is moving into a showcase 3000 square foot Chocolate factory in Little Havana.
She needed assistance in envisioning the factory functions and retail space layout for this facility. To create Miami’s first chocolate café, we are developing a Chocoholic’s dream menu, warm and inviting hospitality along with fabulous chocolate experiences. I connected Carolina with a vibrant Cuban architect and working together have developed a delicious and dynamic one of a kind Chocolate experience.
